Ingredients

    1 medium egg
    3/4 c. frozen peas & carrots
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1/2 c. soy sauce

Directions

mix all the ingredients together till rice is brown and hot and then move mixture to side of pan to scramble the egg then mix in as well.
1 c. per serving- serves 3
