Ingredients

    Sugar, butter, almond extract, flour, raspberry jam, powdered sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl blend butter, sugar, and 1/2 tsp. almond extract. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low and add flour 1 cup at a time. Beat until well mixed. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet. With thumb press a indent in the center. Fill indent with 1/4 tsp of jam. Bake for 14-18 minutes.Make drizzle frosting by combining 1 cup powdered sugar, with 1.5 tsp of almond extract and 2-3 tsp. of water. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
Cool for 1 minute.
