    6.5 cups fresh Broccoli chopped
    16 oz Pasta, cooked
    3 cups red sauce (I used Patsy's Fra Diavolo Sauce)
    2 cups Diced Tomatoes,
    1 package (3 cups)Boca meatless ground crumbles
    3-4 cloves minced garlic


cook pasta
Chop broccoli
put sauce, tomatoes, grounds and garlic in a pot and heat over med-low heat until hot

Serve and Enjoy!
