Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/3 cup butter or coconut oil
    2 Tbs. honey
    1 Tbs. milk
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup oat flour1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions

heat in double boiler or glass jar in water:
1/3 cup butter or coconut oil
2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. milk


Soak overnight:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oat flour
honey, butter, milk mixture


Next day add:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda


Let chill 30 to 45 minutes
roll out dough 1/4" thick
cut into squares
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
prick with fork when take out of oven
