Ingredients

    2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. Cheddar Cheese
    2 slices American Cheese
    3 oz. Neufchatel Cheese
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

6 servings

Make macaroni as directed
melt margarine in large pot
Stir in flour to smooth consistenct
Add mustard, salt, cream cheese and melt down a little
Add Milk and stir until smooth
Add Cheddar and American Cheese
Once melted and creamy stir into cooked macaroni
Put in baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray and cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Maybe be topped with bread crumbs
