    1/2 c. hard margarine
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. white flour
    3-4 tsp. baking powder
    Pinch salt
    1 c. - 2% milk
    2 c. blueberries


Cream the margarine with the sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, alternating with the milk. Stir in the blueberries.

Ladle into a greased and floured bundt pan, and bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes. Goes great with Nan's caramel sauce.
