Number of Servings: 8


    Chicken Breast Cutlets, no skin, 16 ounces
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)
    Abobo Seasoning, 2 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    1% Milk 1 cup


Makes 6 -10 servings; depending on serving size and thickness

1. Cut up chicken in 1" pieces
2. In a Dutch Oven heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
3. Add chicken, onion, and seasoning.
4. Cook until chiken is done.
5. Add vegetables and simmer until heated throughly.
6. Add cream of chicken soup and stir until mixed together.
7. Add milk to the thickeness you want.
8. Simmer just enough to heat the soup and milk.
9. Enjoy
