    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Chicken Broth, 6 cup
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (2 lb)
    Milk, nonfat, 5 cup
    Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 2/3 c
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tbsp
    Velveeta Pepperjack, 32 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Corn Starch, 0.25 cup (remove)


Heat large nonstick saucepan coated with cooking spray over med-high heat.
Add onion and garlic; saute until tender.
Add broth and broccoli and bring to boil over med//high heat.
Reduce heat to med. Cook 10 min.
Combine milk, corn starch, and flour; whisk until well blended.
Add milk mixture to broccoli mixture.cook 5 min. until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
Stir in pepper.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.

Place 1/3 of the soup in blender and puree. Return pureed soup to pan.

Serving size is 1 1/3 c.
