    2 c. white flour
    2 tsp Salt
    6 eggs
    1/2 c coffee rich creamer
    water to make consistency


Mix together flour and salt. Whip together eggs and coffee rich and add to flour. mix together adding water enough to make very thick but still pourable. Cut off edge of bowl with fork into boiling water. Let cook for 5 mintues after cutting all batter into water. Drain and top with cornflake crumbs browned in earth balance buttery sticks. Makes 8 1 c. servings
