Number of Servings: 4


    6 medium sized potatoes (skins on)
    3/4 cup diced ham (without skin or fat)
    40gms grated Edam Cheese
    1 clove garlic
    1 raw medium sized egg
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp dill
    salt and pepper to taste


1. Microwave potatoes until mostly cooked. Chop into cubes. Add to diced ham.

2. Place diced ham into oven-proof baking dish.

3. Mix together the egg, dill, s&p, milk, 30gms Edam cheese in separate bowl.

4. Pour over potatoes and ham in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

5. Cover in aluminuim foil. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for around 50 minutes... or until cooked.

6. Uncover and brown off top.

7. Serve and eat.
