Ingredients

    1/2 C. Coffee
    1/2 C. Raw Cashews
    6 Pitted Medjool Dates
    2 Tbs. Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

Soak the cashews in the coffee for 1 hour. Drain the liquid and put the cashews into a blender with the dates and chocolate chips. Blend on a "Mix" setting until all ingredients are incorporated.
Form into a rectangle on a large piece of wax paper. Fold up the paper and place in the freezer. After mixture has hardened, cut into 4 equal pieces. Enjoy!
