    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 6 peppers
    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    *America*s Choice Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn, no salt added, 1.5 cup (1 can drained)
    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 can
    Tomato Sauce, 1 can
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese, 6 oz
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup


Cook Rice as instructed on the box (I use boil in a bag).
In a non-stick pan (kinda big) cook the onion and ground turkey.
Once cooked through, add corn, rice, and 1 can and half of the other can of tomato sauce.
Stuff in the peppers (my mom boils the peppers but I dont, they aren't soft when not boiled). There might be some stuffing left over, so just store that or pile the peppers high.
Top the peppers with the rest of the tomato sauce and add the cheese!
Cook for around 30 minutes covered.
