    1lb stew beef, minced garlic to taste, 1 bell pepper (color of your choice) - chopped to bite-sized pieces, Worcestershire to taste, and canned (diced) tomatoes - 1 can


Brown beef in pan, add in garlic (to taste; this est is for 5 cloves) toward the end of browning. Add pepper (chopped into bite-sized pieces) and cook until slightly softened. Add Worcestershire to taste (this recipe est 3 Tb) and canned tomatoes. Simmer until heated through. Serve over rice or pasta. (the original recipe also calls for 1 med onion, which is excluded in my version due to allergies)
