Ingredients

    Chuck Roast worcestershire sauce
    veg oil chili powder
    ketchup (1 cup) salt & pepper
    onion
    garlic
    vinegar

Directions

Brown the chuck roast in hot oil on all sides. Stir together 2 cups water & rest of the ingredients (conversion = 1 cup ketchup & 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce). Pour over roast. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 4 hours or more. Or cook on high in crock pot for about 8 hours. You need the shred the meat when it softens after a couple of hours. makes about 16 1/2 servings.
