Ingredients

Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup
Garlic, 1 tbsp.
Bush's, Black Beans, 1can
Onions, raw, 1 small
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia), chopped
Orange Juice, 1 tbsp.
Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
Cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
Directions
In a covered bowl, mix corn and black beans (drained and rinsed).
In skillet, cook onions until translucent. Add garlic. Add tomato. Add hot sauce and orange juice. Salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.
Blend mixture into corn and beans. Add cilantro. Cool in fridge.
Makes 4 1 cup servings.
