    3 oz crab meat
    1 tbs bread crumbs
    some old bay or crab seasoning
    1 med egg white
    1 tbs extra virgin olive oil


mix together crab, bread crumbs seasoning and egg white. Form pattie. Put olive oil in pan and fry for approx 10 min flip half way through.
