Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Cup Dried Split Peas
    1/4 Head of Green Cabbage, chopped
    4 Large (12 inch) Carrots, chopped
    2 Large Celery Stalks, chopped
    1/2 Med Onion, chopped
    9.50 oz Turkey Ham, chopped
    1 Beef Boullion Cube
    7 Cups Water
    Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic and Black Pepper to Taste

Directions

Dump everything into a 4qt crockpot and allow to cook for about 10-12 hours on low, or until the cabbage is wilted and the peas are cooked through and mushy.
