A super easy moist chocolate cake. A super easy moist chocolate cake.
Number of Servings: 12


    3 cups flour
    6 T cocoa
    2 t baking soda
    2 cups sugar
    ½ t salt
    10 T cooking oil
    2 T vinegar
    2 t vanilla
    2 cups cold water

    16oz Neufchatel Cheese
    1 C Splenda
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, sugar and salt into a large mixing bowl.
In a seperate bowl, combine remaining wet cake ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well incorporated.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9"-13"-2" cake pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.


Mix frosting ingredients in a large bowl with electric mixer untill splenda is incorporated and mixture is creamy and smooth.
Frost top of cooled cake with cheese frosting
