    2 (8 oz) packages light cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar, divided
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cans reduced fat crescent rolls
    1/2 stick light butter
    1 teaspoon cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract together with mixer until smooth. Spray bottom of 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. Remove rolls from one can. Place rolls on bottom of pan and press out evenly, sealing edges. Spread cream cheese mixture over rolls. Remove rolls from the other can. Place rolls on a floured cutting board or other smooth surface. Press out evenly, sealing edges.Try to spread them out to be the same size as your baking pan. Place on top of the cream cheese mixture. Melt the light butter and pour over the top. Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the butter. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Makes 24 servings.
