Number of Servings: 14


    1 Can of peeled, segmented Mandarin Oranges (Well drained)

    1 Can of Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberries

    1 Package of S?F Cranberry Jello (if you can find it) or one package of S/F Raspberry Jello

    3 medium celery stalks, chopped

    6 Oz of Apple (Peeled, cored and chopped)

    2 -1/2 cups of water.


Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to contents of Jello package. Stir until dissolved (about three minutes). When Jello is dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cool water, stir and chill until just setting.

While Jello mixture is setting, clean and chop celery and apples. Chop mandarin oranges into small, bite-sized pieces.

Just as Jello mixture is starting to set, fold in apples, celery and Mandarin oranges. Stir until well mixed.

Place in refrigerator to complete setting process (about one hour)

Prep time includes time to boil water and set dessert.
