    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Flour Tortillas, 7 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Lime Juice, .3 cup


Marinate Chicken for 1 hour
Saute with onion and garlic and oil med heat
Add Veggies and other ingredients
Turn up heat at very end and fry until ready, (you be the judge on doneness)
Add mix to flour tortilla and enjoy
