    1/5 c. cooked lentils
    1 c. Mushrooms chopped
    1 egg (can use 2 egg whites to cut out fat)
    one can evaporated milk, fat free
    1/3 c. oil (Olive)
    1/3 c. water or tomato sauce
    2 C. oats
    1/2 t. sage
    1 t. salt
    1 c. onions chopped.


Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Place in loaf pan sprayed with not stick spray and bake 350 for one hour.
Makes 8 servings.
