    1 lb. ground beef
    2-1/2 cups Kraft shredded low-moisture part skim mozzerlla cheese, divided
    1 (15oz) Ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese, divided
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 egg lightly beaten
    1 jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce
    1 cup water
    12 lasagna noodles, uncooked


Makes 12 servings.

Pre-heat oven to 350.Brown meat in lage skillet on medium heat. Meanwhile, mix 1-1/4 cups of the Mozzarella cheese,ricotta cheese,1/4 cup of parmesan cheese,parsley and egg until well blended; set aside. Drain meat and return to skillet. Stir in speghetti sauce. Pour water into empty sauce jar; cover and shake well.Add to skillet; stir until well blended. (You should have about 5 cups of sauce).

Spread: 1 cup of meat sauce onto bottom of 13x9 in baking dish; top with layers of 3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the cheese mixture and 1 cup of the meat sauce. Repeat layers two more time. Top with remaining 3 noodles and the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1-1/4 cups mozzorella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with greased foil.

Bake: 45 min. Remove foil; continue baking for 15min. or until center is heated through (160 deg.) Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
