Number of Servings: 6


    3/4 c Flour
    1/2 c 2% Milk
    1/2 c Water
    4 tbsp Canola Oil
    pinch of salt


Beat flour, salt, eggs, milk, and water together until very smooth, scraping bowl occasionally. Refrigerate 2 hours or longer. Divide equally into six muffin cups. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.

  • why is everyone making them in MUFFIN tins?!?!? That isn't the traditional way (made in the lid of the roasting pan) at least my mum made hers in a bread (loaf) pan. - 6/3/08
