    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1 cup, dry, yields
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Splenda, 1/2 cup
    Margarine like spread, approximately 60% fat, .5 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Rhubarb, 3 cup, diced


Mix all ingredients except rhubarb together until crumbly.

Press 1/2 of mixture into greased 13x9 pan.

Spread chopped rhubarb over top.

Sprinkle rest of mixture over rhubarb and press down lightly.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Makes 15 servings

*Can be served with Light Cool Whip if desired.
