    1/3 package of rice noodles (thin ones)
    1/2 block of extra firm tofu
    4 cups of beef broth (of vegetable)
    a cinnamon stick
    a slice of ginger root
    1/2 tsp of thai chili sauce
    1/2 tsp splenda brown sugar


put broth, spices, cinnamon and ginger into a pot and bring to a boil. allow to simmer for 10 minutes MINIMUM.
while simmering cut tofu into cubes and cook into a pan until slightly brown.
put tofu into broth and bring to a boil. add rice noodles and remove from heat. wait 5 minutes and enjoy
