    1 tsp Olive oil
    .5 cup chopped onion
    3 tsp garlic
    1 tblsp horseradish or to taste
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    4 oz leftover cooked lean beef roast
    .25 cup mushrooms
    .5 cup fresh spinach cut into thin strips
    .25 cup fat free beef gravy


saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender, add beef broth, worchestershire sauce, horseradish, salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add beef, mushrooms and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts. serves 2
