Introduction

A latin version of good old beef stew. A latin version of good old beef stew.

Ingredients

    1 lb. beef for stew
    2 Knorr chicken buillion cubes
    large stew pot 3/4 full water
    1/2 bunch of cilantro
    4 roma tomatos, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 garlic cloves
    1 fresh jalapeno pepper

Directions

Brown stew meat in large stew pot. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Add water to stew pot until 3/4 full. Add chicken buillion and bring to boil over medium high heat. Clean and dice all vegetables. Saute in olive oil over medium heat. Once vegetables are tender, add to stew meat. Cook for about 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Use jalepeno sparingly if not used to spicy food!
