Number of Servings: 6


    1.3 lbs Ground Turkey- 93% lean is ok
    1 egg
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    3 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    3 tsp cumin OR Shwarma seasoning


Makes about 12 patties, 2/person= 6 servings
Mix everything together by hand and form into patties.
Cook at 325 for 40 minutes or until done.
Cook on top of a wire rack set inside a baking sheet so that the burgers do not sit in the fat that cooks out.
