    Beef, top sirloin, 1.5 pounds
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, strips
    Flour, whole grain, 4 tablespoons
    *beef boullion cube, 1 tablespoon
    Bush’s Best Black Beans low sodium, 2 cans


Slow Cooker, chop it all up and add it all together cook on high for 10 hours

Makes 10 one cup servings.
