Ingredients

    3 ripe, mashed bananas
    1/2 cup Brown Sugar Splenda
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/3 cup buttermilk
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 tbsp nutmeg
    1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly coat 18 muffin tins with cooking spray
In large bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Whisk in egg, milk, splenda and sugar.
In separate bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
Add flour mixture to banana mixture and mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter into the muffin tin.
Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out of the center clean.
Allow to cool slightly and remove to a wire rack.
