    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1 cup shredded zucchini
    1 cup shredded yellow squash
    .25 cup chopped onion
    .50 cup chopped sweet red pepper
    2 cup canned diced tomato
    1 jar Ragu sweet Italian sausage & cheese


makes 12 1/2-cup servings.
brown ground beef adding zucchini, yellow squash, onion and red pepper while browning. Drain excess fat and water. Add diced tomatoes and Ragu. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice or pasta.
