Ingredients

    2 large russet potatoes, cut into french-fry size strips.
    vegetable oil spray
    salt
    pepper
    OR seasoning of your choice

Directions

Prepare potatoes. Soak in salt water for 30 minutes. When ready, drain and pat dry. Arrange in one layer on baking sheet sprayed for 4 seconds with vegetable oil spray. Spray over the top of potatos for 2 to 4 seconds. Season well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, turn each piece and bake 10 minutes more or till cooked through and golden brown.
