    3 boneless skinless chicken breast
    6 tbsp low fat yogurt
    8 tbsp Patak's Tandoori Paste (found at Kroger in the international isle)


Mix yogurt and tandoori paste. Cut chicken into cubes and add to mix. Coat well and cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30-45 min or till done. Serve alone or over rice.
