    8-10 Med. Potatoes
    1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
    1 8oz) carton sour cream
    1 tb chives
    salt to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    paprika to taste


peel and boil potatoes in lightly salted water until well done; drain. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and chives until smooth. Add potatoes, one at a time, beating all the while; add garlic salt to taste. Transfer to deep casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350. May be made upthe day before and refrigerated.
