Ingredients

2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup splenda
1 1/3 cup raspberries
1 1/3 cup strawberries
1 1/3 cup blackberries
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp country crock + calcium
6 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large, combine the cornstarch, lemon juice and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Add the splenda and berries, mix gently. Place the fruit mixture in a 11x7 inch baking dish.
In a seperate medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in margarine and peanut butter and stir until mixture is the consistency of coarse meal. Sprinkle on top of the fruit mixture and make for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve warm over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
