    8 oz. Cream Cheese
    1 Cup canned Pumpkin Pie filling
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 1/2 cups whipped topping
    Mrs. Smith's Deep Dish Pie Shell


Bake pie shell accourding to directions on pkg. Beat Cream cheese, sugar & pumpkin pie filling w/electric mixer. Stir in whipped topping & spoon into cooled pie shell. Refridgerate for 2 - 3 hrs.

(Can use reduced fat or light cream cheese & light whipped topping to save on calories & fat). I also cut my 1/8 piece into half to shave a few more calories - but still get to have my cake and eat it too!!
