This was something I tried in the microwave when I was craving an apple crisp.

This was something I tried in the microwave when I was craving an apple crisp.


Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 apple
    1 package of Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Core and Chop apple (peel if desired)
2. Place chopped apple in microwaveable bowl
3. Sprinkle cinnamon
4. Pour vanilla extract
5. Sprinkle instant oatmeal package
6. Microwave for 4:30-5:00 (stir halfway)

Makes 1 generous serving
Optional: Top with a dollop of Fat-Free Cool Whip (Not included in nutritional value)
