    Baby Carrots, raw, 7 medium
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Snow Peas, fresh, 1/4 cup
    Onions, raw, 10 rings
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp


clean all veggies. Get foil. Place veggies in foil with butter. Bring up sides of foil to make a pocket.
Place over hot coals. Cook for about 20 mins until veggies are tender.
