    1 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
    2 medium onions, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tbs chili powder
    2 tbs chipotle in adobo, chopped
    1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    2 15 oz cans kidney beans
    salt & pepper to taste


In a large skillet cook the pork, onions, garlic, chili powder, and chipotle in adobo until the onion is tender.
Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil then simmer until the desired thickness is achieved.

Makes 6 servings about 1 cup each.
