    olive oil
    ground, extra lean turkey, browned
    chopped onions
    minced garlic
    drained kidney beans
    chili powder to taste
    canned tomatoes
    cheese on top


makes 8 servings with 1/4 cup cheese on top. freezes well.

brown turkey, then onions and garlic. add kidney beans and chili powder. add undrained tomatoes, mix well and simmer 90 minutes.
