Ingredients

    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .5 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
    Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Barilla Plus Penne, 8 oz
    *Sauce, Barilla Spicy Pepper Pasta Sauce, 6 cup


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix egg with ricotta ,sourcream, and cheeses. Cook ground beef and drain. Mix ground beef with sauce. Grease a 13x9 inch glass baking dish. Layer in 1 cup beef mixture, 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 the cheese mixture. Then add more sauce, rest of noodles and cheese mixture. Finish with remaining sauce on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 min or until hot and bubbling throughout.
