    1 pound of browned ground turkey
    1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    2 cans of Del Monte Diced Tomatos (14oz.)
    2 cans of Del Monte Tomatos Sauce (14oz)
    2 teaspoons of ground oregano
    1 /2 teaspoon of crumbled bay leaves or 1 bay leaf
    2 cups of cooked whole wheat pasta


Chop 1/2 cup of green pepper and 1/2 cup of onion. Add to pan and begin browning with 1 pound of ground turkey. Drain any grease, then add 2 cans of tomato sauce and 2 cans of diced tomatos. Add 2 teaspoons of oregano and 1/2 teaspoon of crumbled bay leaves (or substitute one whole bay leaf). In a separate pan, 1 pound of pasta. Serve hot!.
