    Green Peppers .33 cup, chopped
    Organic Whole Wheat Couscous, 4 serving
    Feta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled
    Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Almonds, 10 almond
    Water-1.25 cups


in small sauce pan, spray w/ pam and sautee green peppers until soft
Add 1.25 cups of water to peppers-salt-bring to boil
Drop cous cous and stir
Take off heat and let sit for 5 minutes
Fluff cous cous with fork--mix in scallions, chopped almonds, and feta
