    1 lb 93% Fat Free Ground Turkey (or 1 package)
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 red pepper
    1/2 onion
    1 celery stalk
    2 garlic cloves
    1/4 cup bbq sauce
    3 tsp Worcestershire sauce


Chop vegetables and saute in a 1 tb olive oil until a little soft. Add this to ground turkey along with other ingredients. Save about half the bbq to put on top of the meatloaf before you cook. Form into a meatloaf square on a good draining pan. Cook on 400* for about 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
