Ingredients

    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 lb. ground turkey
    8 black olives sliced
    1.5 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and monteray jack)
    4 large flour tortillas cut into small pieces

    1 can beans optional

Directions

layer beans/meat/tortillas and repeat until all is used in a 13x9 pan. add enchilada sauce and cheese on top. bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
