Introduction

This is from Ann Gittleman's book. I use ground turkey rather than ground beef to save a lot of calories without sacrificing taste. This is from Ann Gittleman's book. I use ground turkey rather than ground beef to save a lot of calories without sacrificing taste.

    Incredible!
I have been making this recipe since the book first came out. I am not a soup eater, but this one is fantastic; quick, easy, and healthy. Also, you can't beat the calorie count! I want to add that the soup pictured looks nothing like what I make. There are beans, which is not in the recipe. - 12/29/12
