Ingredients

    Lamb Chop, 12 (4oz. each)
    Garlic, 5 cloves (minced)
    Pepper, black, .1/2 tsp
    Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Rosemary, 3 tbsp (chopped, no stems)
    Dijon Mustard, 1/4 cup

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bag and refrigerate 1-8 hours.
2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
3. Coat with cooking spray and cook 6 minutes on each side or until medium rare or at desired doneness.
