    1 c. Wheat Bran
    1.5 c. Whole Wheat Flour
    0.5 c. Raisins
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 c. Milk
    0.5 c. Molasses
    0.75 c. Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 tbsp. Oil
    3 tbsp. Ground Flax
    2 Eggs, beaten


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine wheat bran, flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in raisins, In a separate bowl, blend applesauce, milk, molasses, oil, and egg. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tin and bake for 15-20 min. Makes 12-16 muffins
