    1 cup shredded or sliced carrots
    1 medium potato
    .25 cup green onions
    3 tbsp. margarine
    .25 cup all-purpose flour
    1 can (10.75 oz) chicken broth
    12.5 oz. diced chicken breast, cooked
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    .5 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    Pepper to taste


Chop potatoes into small cubes and chop/shred carrots and green onions.

Meanwhile, melt margarine in a medium saucepan. When butter is melted, add potatoes to saucepan and cook, turning often, until potatoes start to soften. Add carrots and green onions and cook until softened, about 10 min.

Stir in flour. Slowly add milk, broth, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

Stir in cheese and chicken. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts.

Makes 4 servings.
